If you apply for test drive, we will collect your Name, Phone Number, Gender, Location, Email Address.for the convenience to contact you and provide you the test drive service. 

When you search for the local dealer, we will collect your geographical location information, to show you the suitable dealer information.

If you choose to give us the personal data that we may need via the Internet, it is our intent to let you know how we will use such data. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this data used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your request.

The website can collect data about you in two ways: either directly requesting it from you or by automatically recording data about your visit to this website. 

2. How will we store this data?

Lynk & Co operates in many countries across the world. To enable us to offer consistent service to you, wherever you may be, we manage our Internet sites from one central site. 

Please note that, currently your personal data will be stored in the UAE. If we need to transfer your personal data to a third country, we will notify you separately and transfer after obtaining your consent.

We hope that you can understand that the headquarter of Lynk & Co is located in China, in order to provide better service and collect your questions and suggestions, we will receive and deal with your data subject rights request and the contents of your email within China, and the contents of your email may include your name, contact information, email address, the contents of your rights request and your questions and suggestions, and the other data which you may provide to us via the email upon our request. The above-mentioned personal data will be accessed by the Chinese employees of Lynk & Co to give feedback to you and respond to your rights request. Meantime, when Chinese employees of Lynk & Co respond to your data subject rights request, we may access to your personal data contained in your rights request. At the same time, in order to provide you the test drive service, the staff of Lynk & Co in China will get access to your personal data and share your personal data with the local dealer so that the dealer can contact you and provide you the above-mentioned service.

Protecting the privacy of children is important. For that reason, we never on our own initiative collect or maintain data from those we actually know are under 14. If we find that the data we collect include children’s personal data, we will delete such data promptly. 

5. Whether we share your personal data with others? 

You should know that, we need to share your personal data(including your Name, Phone Number, Gender, Location, Email Address) you provided while applying for test drive with our local dealer, who will contact you and arrange your test drive.

Except the above said situation, we will not share your personal data to any third party. If we need to provide your personal data to others, we will notify you separately.

Personal data collected by our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. - Delete all the files you have there, this will delete all cookies

In Mozilla Firefox 3.0+:

- Go to the ‘Tools” menu

- Click on ‘Options’

- Uncheck ‘Accept cookies from sites’ option if you don’t want to receive cookies anymore

- On the same window click ‘Clear now’ button to delete cookies

- Check ‘Cookies’ on ‘Clear Private Data’

- Click ‘Clear private data now’ button

Once you delete these files, you will have no more cookies and your browser will no longer send or receive new cookies according to your preference settings.

In Mozilla Firefox 2.0:

- Go to the Tools menu (or Edit on Linux)
