Delivery methods and costs

When placing an order for an online purchase, we’ll show you the available delivery options, the cost and the approximate delivery time for each delivery option.

Delivery options:

 

Pick up at Lynk & Co Club - Free


This option is only possible if all of the products that you have ordered are from the same location. If so, the order will be ready for pick up from the stated Club approximately four (4) hours after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive another email when your order is ready for pickup. You have 14 days to pick up your order from the Club. 

When you arrive to collect the order, you will need to show your order number and valid ID. If you can’t pick up the order yourself, you can send someone else to do so for you but they will need to bring a printed document signed by you, as well as valid ID. 

Please note the opening hours of our Clubs and directions before you visit.


Standard delivery – €5 /50 SEK and FREE for orders above €150 / 1500 SEK


The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days after you receive the order confirmation.


Express delivery – €8 / 80 SEK 


The estimated delivery time is 2 working days after you receive the order confirmation. Some products are not eligible for express delivery. In that case, it won’t be a delivery option when placing your order. 

Please note that deliveries are only made on working days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding public holidays). 

The exact delivery address may vary for standard and express shipping, meaning it could arrive to your home or to a nearby pick-up point. This is based on the size of your order. When collecting at a pick-up point, please follow the carrier’s instructions on what you need to bring to collect the package. 

When your order is on the way, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use on the carrier’s site to track your delivery.  

In special circumstances if your delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email about the new expected delivery time.

 

Offline orders

If you want to buy something in our Clubs and have it delivered to you, the delivery options, costs, and approximate delivery times may differ than those listed above. Please speak to a Lynk & Co teammate and they’ll help you out and let you know about your delivery options.

 

 

Split orders

As we work with many local businesses, it’s possible that your order may be dispatched from different places in separate packages. If this happens, you’ll get separate emails with different tracking numbers for each package. 


Shipping restrictions

We only deliver to the following countries: 
  Belgium
  France
  Germany
  Italy
  Netherlands
  Spain 
  Sweden

The shipping country is connected to which country site you are shopping on. To get your order shipped to a different country, please switch to the correct site.
(Tip: Scroll alllllllll the way to the bottom of the screen and click on the location in the bottom right corner to switch.)   

 

Cancellation

You have two (2) hours after making your purchase online to cancel it, for example if it was made by mistake or you have changed your mind. To do this, you just need to contact us by phone or chat and we’ll help you with the rest.


Returns & Refunds

Thanks for shopping with Lynk & Co. 
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer you a fourteen (14) day period to return the item(s) you purchased. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. 

 

How to return

You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it subject to the below.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it and be in the original packaging, with any tags or seals intact. 

• You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Please see the special conditions below which need to be fulfilled for us to accept returns of certain products, as well as products that are excluded from the return policy. 


Offline purchase

• Items bought at the club should be returned in the same club they were purchased in. Make sure to bring your receipt. 

• If you cannot make it to a Club yourself, you can allow someone else to go for you by giving your permission in writing and with your signature.

• If for any reason you cannot return items to the same Club where you bought them, please contact Lynk & Co and we will try to help you out. Returns can only be made within the same country of purchase.

 

 

Online purchase

• Items bought online should be sent back using the included return shipping label and completed returns form. 

• If you didn’t get any return shipping label included with the original package, please contact us and we will assist you. You do not need to make a return request via the website.

• If you no longer have the original shipping packaging, you can return your order using any other packaging, as long as it is sealed correctly. 

• Remember that you must always send the item(s) that you wish to return within fourteen (14) days of receipt, i.e. before the return period expires. 

• If you want to return using a different shipping carrier than with the return label that is included, you can, but you’ll need to pay for it yourself. 


Special conditions & exclusions

Some of our items must fulfill certain criteria to be returned: 

• Jewelry: must be returned with the original packaging intact.

• Shoes: must be returned in their original box.

• Coffee: must be returned with the original seal unbroken.

• Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.

• Underwear: underwear items can’t be returned except for tops.


Some products which are only available for purchase in our Clubs are excluded from the return policy and not eligible to be returned:

• Tea

• Furniture: This includes chairs/stools, tables, rugs, and some light fixtures. Many of these products are made to order so all sales are final. Please ask our club staff if you want to know more.


Refund

• You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed (received and inspected).

• If the return is accepted, and you used the pre-paid return shipping label, you will be refunded the full price of the product(s) and initial shipping cost, minus the return shipping cost. 
If you paid for return shipping, you will be refunded the full price of the product(s) and initial shipping costs.

• You will receive your refund within fourteen (14) days from approval of the return, through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

• If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
 

 

Return using right to withdrawal

You can find more information about the return policy and your right to withdraw in our Terms and Conditions. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. 

 

 

Exchange

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a new size or color, please return your item and make a new purchase.


Claims

If you received the wrong product or a defective product, please contact Lynk & Co as soon as possible to make a claim. You will need to provide your order number, a description, and photos. For certain products, we might ask you to send in additional proof such as videos, or to send the product back to us for inspection. 

We will contact you once we have received all the necessary information and processed your claim.
