Send booking requests
Filter and search for available cars and send requests directly to lenders. You can filter based on time and date, price, location, and vehicle equipment.
Reservation deposit
When reserving a car, 100 euros will be temporarily held on the borrower's card, but not immediately deducted. The funds are secured but will only be withdrawn from the account in the event of unforeseen incidents during the sharing session or to cover additional costs, such as fuel.
Pick-up and drop-off location
When the booking begins you’ll be sent the exact location of the car. You can access the car by using the app as key. You’ll also get information on where to park the car once the booking ends.
Final payment
After the booking is completed, you will receive an invoice for the rental fee, which includes both the lender’s fee and the Lynk & Co service fee. The lender’s fee is set by the lender per hour or per day and the Lynk & Co service fee covers the service cost and insurance.
