Owning your carConnecting your car to an account
To gain access to the awesome connectivity features in both the Lynk & Co mobile app and the in-car infotainment system, you need to share some info with us. Once we've got it, we'll link up your Lynk & Co account with your car and get you rolling.

In order to get access to the connectivity features in Lynk & Co app as well as in the in-car infotainment system, you need a Lynk & Co account linked to your car.

Step 1 - Register account

Before you connect your car to the Lynk & Co mobile app, you need to create an account to get a Lynk & Co customer number. If you already have an account you can use that.

Step 2 - Contact us

When you’ve created an account, send a request to hello@lynkco.com/en with the following information:

    1. Customer number
    2. VIN
    3. Copy of your ID
    4. Copy of certificate of ownership
    5. Signed connectivity contract (see link below).

    For more detailed instructions, please read the FAQ below. Once we receive these documents, you'll be connected to your Lynk & Co within a week.

Step 3 - Download the Lynk & Co app
Once the connection to your Lynk & Co is complete, you can find your car in the mobile app and get access to all its remote control features. Enjoy!
