Who can gain access to your personal data and why?
Your personal data is initially collected and processed by us at Lynk & Co and your personal data will be shared with third parties as set out below.
• If you visit our website, we use a third party (Google) which on our behalf and on our instructions analyse the use of our website and therefore will receive access to your personal data. The information shared is pseudonymized and mainly comprises compiled statistics, which makes it more difficult for us and third parties such as Google to connect your browsing information to you as an individual.

These social media platforms are either processing your personal data based on our instructions or are controllers in their own right for their processing of your personal data. What role they have in a particular case depends on the specific platform and activity.

We only share your personal data with our IT-suppliers if it is necessary in order for them to fulfil their obligations towards us according to the contract that we have with them.

• When you buy something online your personal data may be transferred to our partners or other suppliers in order to deliver the product to you, e.g. if you receive your product but want to refund it, we may need to send your contact details directly to the partner in order for them to process your refund.

Where is your personal data processed?
We, as well as our processors, mainly process your personal data within the EU/EEA. When you use our website, your personal data might however be processed in the USA since we use services from Google.
Some of your personal data might also be processed in China since we receive assistance from companies within our company group in relation to e.g. the development of our website which at times requires them to process your personal data.
