Everything you need to know about self-inspection

Before any of our cars are returned, swapped, or bought, users are required to conduct a self-inspection to document the condition of the vehicle. You will receive an SMS with a link to the online tool necessary for documenting the car and its accessories. The user-friendly tool requires no download and will guide you through each step.

Once you click on the link, you’ll be asked some questions about your car’s status. Then it’s time to snap some pictures! Be aware that once you start taking photos, you will not be able to go back or pause the process. 

Note that if you do not perform the self-inspection or complete the procedure you may incur additional charges.
