General Warranty Information

At Lynk & Co, we strive for perfection in everything we do with a zero-defect approach. This means that we hold our suppliers to the highest quality standards, ensuring that every car we produce meets our rigorous criteria. We subject every car to thousands of checks to ensure that quality is built in from the very beginning. Despite our best efforts, quality defects can still occur. When this happens, we review the issue carefully, using safety, legal, and customer satisfaction guidelines to determine the appropriate solution. Our ultimate goal is to prevent defects from happening again and to ensure your satisfaction with your car. Most defects are minor and only affect the function or features of the car, which can be repaired during your next service appointment. However, in the rare event that a defect poses a safety concern, we will contact you immediately and take swift action to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

New vehicle warranty (4 years/120,000 km):

The new vehicle warranty is valid from the registration date of the vehicle, and expires after 4 years or
120,000 km; whichever comes first. Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the new vehicle warranty, to the
original owner and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that any repairs or replacements
necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk
& Co workshop.

The new vehicle warranty does not include spare parts or accessories that are installed later. Please refer to
the wear and tear parts warranty, the service parts warranty, and the spare parts and accessories warranty
sections for more information.

Wear and tear parts warranty (6 months, no mileage limitation):

The wear and tear parts warranty is valid from the registration date of the vehicle, and expires after 6 months.
Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the wear and tear parts warranty, to the original and each
subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that any repairs or replacements necessary to correct faults in
material or workmanship will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

The wear and tear parts warranty includes:

• • Wiper blades
• Fuses and relays
• Light bulbs
• Spark plugs
• Air filter, A/C filter, oil filter, fuel filter
• Brake pads and discs
• Clutch plates
• 12 V battery

This warranty does not include items that are subject to adjustment or replacement during normal servicing or
maintenance operations, unless the work is required as a direct result of a manufacturing fault.

Service parts warranty (1 year, no mileage limitation):

The service parts warranty is valid for items that are adjusted or replaced as part of normal servicing and
maintenance operations performed by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop. The warranty is valid from the date
of adjustment or replacement, and expires after 1 year. Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the service
parts warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that any repairs or
replacements necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship will be carried out free of charge by an
authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

Spare parts and accessories warranty (1 year, no mileage limitation):

The spare parts warranty is valid for each spare part and accessory from the original date of purchase for that
particular spare part and accessory, and expires after 1 year. Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the
spare parts and accessories warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that
any repairs or replacements necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship for the particular spare
part of accessory will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

Powertrain warranty (4 years/120,000 km):

The powertrain warranty is valid for the duration of the new vehicle warranty. Lynk & Co warrants, during the
duration of the new vehicle warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that
any repairs or replacements necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship pertaining to powertrain
component faults, such as engine, electric motor, transmission, and driveshaft, will be carried out free of
charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

Paint and surface warranty (4 years/120,000 km):

The paint and surface warranty is valid for the duration of the new vehicle warranty. Lynk & Co warrants,
during the duration of the new vehicle warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co
vehicle, that any repairs or adjustments necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship pertaining to
paintwork faults and/or surface rust, will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop
for the duration of the new vehicle warranty.

Corrosion protection warranty (12 years/120,000 km):

The corrosion protection warranty is valid from the registration date of the vehicle, and expires after 12 years
or 120,000 km; whichever comes first. Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the corrosion protection
warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that any repairs or adjustments
necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship pertaining to rust perforation through any original sheet
metal body panel, will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

Emissions warranty (5 years, no mileage limitation):

The emissions warranty is valid from the registration date of the vehicle, and expires after 5 years. Lynk & Co
warrants, during the duration of the emissions warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk
& Co vehicle, that any repairs or adjustments necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship pertaining
to emissions component faults, such as the catalytic converter, engine control module and the on-board
diagnostic device will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

Supplemental Restraint System warranty (5 years/120,000 km):

The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) warranty is valid from the registration date of the vehicle, and
expires after 5 years or 120,000 km; whichever comes first. Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the SRS
warranty, to the original and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that any repairs or adjustments
necessary to correct faults in material or workmanship pertaining to SRS unit faults, such as airbags, seat belts
and sensors will be carried out free of charge by an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

High-Voltage (HV) battery warranty (8 years/120,000 km):

The HV battery warranty is valid from the registration date of the vehicle, and expires after 8 years or 120,000
km; whichever comes first. Lynk & Co warrants, during the duration of the HV battery warranty, to the original
and each subsequent owner of a Lynk & Co vehicle, that any repairs or adjustments necessary to correct faults
in material or workmanship pertaining to lithium battery component faults will be carried out free of charge by
an authorized Lynk & Co workshop.

The HV battery warranty includes, but is not limited to:

• Hybrid battery pack assembly
• Hybrid starter and generator
• Hybrid power control unit
• Onboard charger (OBC)
